Sliding hypers?

So I used to be in the 8-9 range when checked bloods so if hit 11-12 didn't seem to make much difference. These days I am on the 6-7.5 range and have noticed a couple of times feeling hot, sweaty and shaky, checked bloods and they have been between 11-14, when they start going down to under 9 i start to feel a bit better. Do question is , is my body adjusting to sugar and no longer likes any readings above 10 or am I imagining it, so do hypers slide with your base level ??

None of our bodies like levels in double figures. You were suffering hyper symptoms as your body is now used to lower levels. It would help if you avoid these high swings as they cause damage. What sort of eating plan are you following?
