Does anyone use stevia half and half???? My dietitein has worked out that it is ok to do when doing some baking.....had my first success with tea bread....just wondered if anyone else bakes this way...

soaps on telly and people talking about the characters as if they were real.
I do use Stevia in various recipes, ut I don't use normal flour, so bake very rarely
You get more glucose from starch than the same weight of starch.

Thank you for replying....very kind I have used it twice once for a crumble topping...and once for a tea bread which my dietiten worked out that cut in to 10 slices and shared each piece is less than a digestive biscuit my snack....only use two ounces to six of flour....i will have to think and explore baking with different flours though...

Stevia it's a sweetener but you can get half and half if you low sugar in baking...
