Hi Ayed, I am sorry to hear you are having problems.

People sometimes find that reducing carb intake gradually is gentler on the body, so you may well find that it works better for you.

Please let us know how you get on?

From tomorrow I'll begin my usual day intake of carb then I'll reduce the carb until the next month.,

Thanks for replying and helping me Brunneria

Best wishes

I do not have diabetes
Tomorrow I would only up the carbs a little each small meal. Then progress slowly down to let your body cope.
Eat regularly to offset the hypos, try and be patient and positive, it will work!
Remember plenty of water, add salt and as you reduce the carbs, add a little more full fat!

Sorry, you misunderstand me, (ha!)
Drink water and use more salt on your meals.

Glad you are feeling better, it does you proud, that you are starting to control your blood glucose levels. I would say reduce between five and 10gms a day or so!
It's only very little over the course of a day.
