What does it say on the label? You're looking for corbohydrates not just sugar.

It seems to be low carb, so no problem there - but isn't it rather expensive?
Perhaps it is just me as everything seems to cost so much these days.

What do your fingers pricks tell you?
However, even if it doesn't raise your bg too much, it will still be making your body stay used to tasting and expecting sweet things and make it harder to say no to other sweet things
