can anyone tell me why my sugar levels are all over the place. recently changed to 4 injections a day. i am type 1 and a 50 year old woman. there seems to be no rhyme or reason for it. went to bed last night reading 9, 3.30am hypo at 1.8. any suggestions would be gratefully recieved

have you been taught to carb count? this will make a difference on your levels, and if you have only just changed over it can take a bit of trial and error till you get your ratios right

Probably just too much insulin or not enough food to give you such a drop... However for anybody to offer any further advice than that, it would depend on what regime you are on, ie 1 basal and 3 bolus injections and time(s) that you are taking the injections, and also what your levels are before you eat, and what they are like 2 -3 hours after you eat......
