Sweetener for Baking

Hi All,
I tried using powdered Stevia, but too much and it tastes bitter, too little and it's not sweet enough. Anyone know of a good readily-available sweetener for baking?

Splenda is a trade name. Tesco's and I bet other supermarkets, sell the equivalent in a yellow topped plastic pot that is exactly the same.

Its an erthrytol and stevia blend. Could probably blend it yourself if you bought these 2 sweetners separately
