Hi.
Just looking for any tips on control and fuelling when amateur running when on Metformin and Gliclazide please. I am 54 and training for a 5km and a half marathon. Obv need glucose drink in backpack bladder for the latter. If running the 5km in 25 mins (fastest I could hope to run!) any tips for breakfast, what to drink (milk? Orange juice?). Want to avoid too high BG and lethargy, or hypo. Thanks in advance.
