T2 Libre and Blood Glucose

I've just started using the Libre, which is great when scanner works but so many error messages and alarm keeps going off - I set it at 4.2 as I get shaky when in low 4s, I've now set at 3.9. I felt shaky and found my BS 3.4. In last few weeks I've had lots of lows and cannot quite understand why. I'm eating glucose tabs like going out of style. Will speak to Dr if persists.

Are you checking with a blood sugar monitor when libre says low. It’s renowned for under recording at low levels.

I have my low BG level set to 5.0. When it drops below and the alarm goes off, I check the Libre reading against a finger prick and take action if needed.
