Yes thanks - back on the treadmill although did a little too much last weekend and caused some swelling to come back after a run so back to walking for a while.

for the last 3 years we have had a robins nest at work, its a stone yard, its noisy and very dusty, its the last place on earth you would think a bird would want to have babies, last year it was in a 3 fase electrical box and the nest tripped out my floculent tank, so i basically didnt have the use of it for months, where ever they decide to nest becomes a no go zone, its a bit of a nightmare to be honest but what can i do lol

Seriously, if they have fledged, and they should by now, and there is a cat around next spring they won't bother to nest there.

I'm so sorry! I saw the picture of she sheep and its facial expression just cracked me up. Now you've said it though, I do kind of miss seeing Nikolaj Coster-Waldau's face on my sidebar when I browse the forum... :oops:
