Time in range reports - G4 sensor

Hi

I used to use freestyle libre so am unfortunately used to the weekly/monthly/90 days in range visbility.
I am now on the Medtronic MiniMed 780G with the G4 sensors.

I can see from the Minimed mobile app and from the pump my time in range for the last 24 hours but how do I find out my time in range over a longer period of time? A week? A month? Is that available? I tried logging into carelink but I couldn't get any of the reports to work. So if you reccomend that I use this, can you please tell me which of the reports I find this on? It kept saying I didn't have the data for the reports! I have been on the pump since early November - so over 60 days.

Hi Adela
Is your Medtronic Mobile App synced to Carelink for daily reports? If so, they can be used to generate reports in Carelink.
Your M780G itself can also show you 1 - 30 days Summary Reports by selecting ‘History & Graph/History/Summary and then 1/7/14 or 30 days.
If you’re really struggling with Carelink I suggest you call Medtronic Tech Support who have dedicated Carelink support advisors.
