Hi I'm brand new. I loved my chewing gum, but since being diagnosed, I'm just too scared to try. Anyone have the answer for me? Which brands I could use?
Sorry I don't have a straight answer for you, but I want to get in on this as well coz I have a serious chewing gum question- Wrigley's sugar free is surprisingly heavy on the carbs- like a gram a piece, if I recall correctly: is that if you actually swallow it or what? Because I don't see how the thin shell would be that high, even if it were just regular sugar, not xylitol.
1 or 2 g per serving isn't a great deal but it depends how many you have and what limit you have set your self for carbs per day just take them into account when counting how many grams per day you have had.
