I’ve used the same medical letter when travelling by airplane for years and unfortunately cannot find this letter the day before travelling - flight 8am tomorrow.
I have never had to use this letter but like to have it just incase, especially, as it is only my 2nd time travelling with a pump.
I previously downloaded this off the UCLH website (current hospital) but cannot find it on there.
Is there somewhere I can download this from?
