Will PM you later tonight so we don't derail the thread!If I go above 20 carbs I hyper all over the place then followed by hypos. This is why I eat small VLC meals so I can take smaller insulin doses and avoid the hypos. How long have you been LADA? What was your c peptide? You must still be producing insulin.
Wow, that's hard core low carbOn waking: 3 units Levemir & 2 units novorapid
Breakfast: scrambled egg (3 eggs) and cup of tea (soya milk)
Lunch: 2 units Novorapid - salad with boiled egg (at a cafe)
Tea: 2 units novorapid - piece of cod, asparagus & broccoli
Bed: 2.5 units levemir
