I am relatively newly diagnosed. Just a year ago. Did really well for a while and my nurse was so happy. Lost weight, readings good. Then everything went pear shaped diet and weight wise but am determined to get back on track. My last annual check caused concern and now have to monitor fasting daily for a period and Gliclazide. Find it all quite hard to take readings - any tips would be welcomed. Would appreciate encouragement from fellow sufferers.
