Are you due for an annual review and HbA1c test shortly? Your FBG readings are not great. If this is a regular occurrence, I'd seek a medical view. Don't wait for the Surgery to contact you. Some of us need a helping hand.

Lots of REM and Light sleep last night. 6hrs, but felt like I was sleeping unsettled, though the hours were nice.
