Watching your carb intake works. If you can hang in there and keep to a low carb lifestyle then, barring illness or injury, your BG levels should gradually improve.

Good Morning, from Montreal. My waking BG was 6.2mmol/L Whoops! .

(I was snacking on soft cheese, artisnal bread (tiny,) tofu spread and a couple of black bean tortilla chips late last night. That must be it.)

6.5 at 06.00 this morning. Went back to sleep and 7.1 at 08.00. Struggling to get my FBG down although can vary anywhere between 5.8 and 7.3.
