Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

This morning before breakfast finger prick was 4.5 been similar for last few weeks, struggling to eat no appetite. Had rough year finishing off with being rushed into hospital suspected stroke, wasn’t stroke was sepsis. Really ill didn’t know I was in hospital until two days before being discharge, on 30 July took me until just few weeks ago to start feeling better.

4.8 this morning my lowest number, but my gp does not want me to drop below 5.0 becuase of possible DKA, so a quick breakfast to bring it back up a bit.

G'Day from Montreal. I woke to a BG of 5.4 mmol/L. this a.m.

I have yet to hear about my last blood work which was done two Mondays ago.

I had a stiff improved 4.5km run last night in -7º temps. Brrrrrrrr.
