Good day from Montreal. My waking BG was 4.6 mmol/L at 05:30 this a.m. Liking that one.

I think I have Raynaud's phenomenon/syndrome. I had to prick twice to get a decent drop. Same finger the nurse had problem with at the blood bank/collect.
