very high blood sugar readings after eating

My fasting glucose this morning was 4.9.</p><p></p><p>The doctors always refuse to do any further tests on me. My numbers have been only getting this high tonight. How could I become diabetic overnight?</p><p></p><p>The other day my fasting glucose was 5.2 and then 5-10 ten minutes later I drank 75 grams of pure glucose powder mixed with water and my readings were: 10.6 and 10.3 - 30 mins drinking the glucose. 1 after the drink it was 9.7, 11.3 and 9.9. I thought the 11.3 reading was error because I took the last three readings one after another and 2 hours after the readings were 5.8, 5.9,3.8,3.6.</p><p></p><p>I don't understand. The glucose test wasn't too bad; below 11.1 half hour and one hour after. And after two hours the readings were well under 7.8 but after that meal I had today they stayed in the 12's two hours after and well above 7.8 even three hours after that meal.
