I am on a low carb diet for my insulin resistance, under 60 carbs a day. I lost 7 pounds as of three weeks ago but since last week my weight has not moved at all. It stays between 226 and 225.8 pounds. How do you overcome a plateau? I eat chicken and salad for two meals of my day and I eat dark chocolate for snack and desert on the off times of eating meals. Sometimes I eat half a piece of toast.
