So just changed to another inset30, went in ok, not to bad( hubby here). But I'll update further when I change on Monday when hubby is here. Fingers xx, it goes ok. It stings a little, but not much. Ps Spiker got my Cath Kidston bag from ebay(cheap a treat, hubby will pay for ;-) ).

Had a bit of sting on a large dose ( hubby thinking 171 incl pasta, to small, told him, no 100g of carbs fine, he's still learning need to teach him, when on early shifts. But still inert ii, feel better maybe hey will work better with trips to the gym(I get get discount due to working for local council, ok twice once a week but that's a start( local gym shuts at z11.0 :) )
