What to drink ?

Hiya probably a daft question but what's the best drink for diabetics I normally either have water or no added sugar squash ?

I have Zero reaction to drinking "SoBe V Water" (but that's just my findings)

ingredients...
Spring Water, Natural Flavouring, Acid (Citric Acid), Carrot and Hibiscus Concentrates, Vitamin C, Sweetener (Steviol Glycosides), Zinc Sulphate

I didn't know what the flavoured waters in tesco are like they are meant to be sugar free ?
