An awful 20.1mmol. My BGs went low during the night, 3.8mmol and I lost control eating everything in sight....Seriously, this happens now and again. I attempted to cancel the carb overdose with insulin but woke up feeling like poo. Luckily by lunch time I was back to a healthy 5.4! Xx
