Good morning folks 5.4 this morning at 0745 I've been looking at my readings of 3 weeks ago when I first started LCHF what a difference !!
At that time I was getting 7s. Sometimes 8s now I'm getting 5s sometimes 6s
I thought I was doing the right thing when I was eating all bran weetabix and shredded wheat but buying a glucose meter showed me I wasent

Even as a type 2 it is good to know your BG level before breakfast
I'm a newbie to all this too, no such thing as a "stupid" question!

Lowest I've been. Didn't feel weak though. 19 hours since my last meal.

I was 4.8 a couple of weeks ago after my swim and I had a Hypo.

Having my first meal of the day, beef mince Cabbage and Carrots with some butter on.

well after a disappointing start with 8.2, I feared the worse, but, 2.30pm a rather nice 6.5
Especially after brunch of yummy veggie breakfast!
Must of been the gentle stroll beside the sea that did it!
