Morning all. 5.0 this morning. Lowest its been in a long time. Time for a bath and some brekkie.
Do you guys eat almost immediately on waking or do you leave it a while?

For myself its depends on my shifts if I'm on a 6.30 start I usually have to have something b4 then because we sometimes don't get a meal break till gone 11.Normally I eat around hr after getting up because usually hungry

Hi, I don't/can't eat red meat but find I can help iron deficiency by eating cornflakes( dietics clinic gave me that tip). Wishing you well....

4.1 this morning......seeing endocrinologist next week,adrenals playing up with amount of steroids daily,.......wondering if that's why I'm getting erratic readings......who knows folks....certainly not me !!!!

some one elses negativity derail my efforts ,resorted to carb comfort. But I am NOT going to lapse I have come too far on this journey for that

Well ... As in way to pick up new elc jigsaw from homebase and as I got to road... Was a red man ... Had to stop for FIVE MIN !!!
