What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

Hi everyone
My blood glucose has been all over the place from 5s to 10s over weekend never been so high, but I had a shingles vaccination on Friday afternoon and after that I had high readings. So unsure if it could be from the vaccine but I'm back in my usual 6s today.
BG this morning 6.7

@Granny_grump_ My BG was a bit wacky over the week end as I went to the friary at Pantasaph N wales on Thursday till Friday as my son was making his first profession and there was a lot of eats and drinks provided but sugars camee back to normal quite soon.
