I'd say not, it's more 'I have to eat what my wife likes' !! LOL Married 35 years and just had to finally give in to that!
Mmhh..thats not good.
i like you want to, i love that you'd like to.
but what if you just CAN'T ?
no doubting it's hard..but sometimes it's more important to look after YOU
because at the end of the day, you want to look after her..can't do that UNLESS you look after yourself first.
Wish i had the answers.
But eating something that impacts your health...not sure that's ever a good idea.
though i do hope, guess that was said rather tongue in cheek..
Sorry about the foot problems ..sounds nasty.
btw wasn't suggesting you run, just that the burst of energy surprised me.
still works to this day, my go to meal for power.
I do now spend a little more time after I've eaten to analyse how it makes me feel.
energy wise/hunger wise...
seems i have a 15 minute window to get to before i know if any foods have been 'satisfying'
not in that YUm way, so you just Gotta have one more slice/piece
But in the genuine, 'that was nice, i feel fuller, and energised now." type way.
Good luck finding a way.
Only you can say what your willing to do to get 'there' where ever there is
something we have all had to do as individuals.
