My thoughts alsoMaybe the OP's 'catchy thread title', is there to provoke an outcry of responses and this is his first post !!
Apologies in advance if this is completely wrong.

Avoiding meat and dairy won't cure diabetes. That's just silly.
Sorry, but not this one.I would hope the OP does come back to expand a little on this idea.
We should be open to all ideas.

Not necessarily. What about your protein intake? No meat and no dairy means you will be lacking?
I think we need a better definition of type 2 diabetes. We need a better term I always say I have "backed off "my diabetes, never ever reversed or cured. I don't like saying controlled either because that implies you can control the condition.

Maybe "well managed".If you can manage to keep your BG within a target range, then I can't think of a better word to describe it other than "control".

Oh, wow! Welcome to forum @easycure.
Firstly, congratulations on your fantastic results. Well done at finding a method that works for you.
It is now almost 5 years since I was in a similar situation. Found what I believed was the 'holy grail'. Wanted to share with everyone. Bemused by the responses.. I think my approach got up a few noses. Thing is, I was green as grass back then. I knew there was T1 and T2, and really thought it was that simple. Unfortunately, it isn't. Though I do appreciate the feeling of wanting to be the bearer of the news that your method will work. For all. Don't lose that enthusiasm, but please don't fall into the trap of believing your battle for diabetes control is won. You need to be vigilant now for life about checking and keeping blood glucose levels steady. I hope you can do it.
Please stick around, read, learn and share. Also, don't be put off by any negative responses. Most of us with T2 learn that we are in it for the long haul.
Many people believe diabetes can't be reversed by losing weight.
It also seems many people can't accept meat isn't part of a diabetic diet. Very sad.
Not a debate I chose to engage in.
In this instance, I am accepting that OP, meant well, and is naive newcomer to diabtes and forum. Until and unless proved otherwise, that is.
