Like the booze I reckon you're always a recovering smoker, and anything can tip you back over. My father in law gave up the weed twenty years ago but still admits that occasionally, he could murder a fag, particularly if he has a glass of wine in his hand. He is a man of enormous willpower and pride, however, and when he gave up he announced the fact to all his colleagues, friends and family - he would not have been able to bear the indignity of admitting that he had subsequently fallen off the wagon - and he hasn't.You can do this @ally1 .
Use and abuse the SCREEM thread. Mind u loads use them so it must be an asset.
How long does it take to be a non-smoker or is that you - now?
I guess if you're off the cigarettes you're now a non-smoker.
How do you feel being a non-smoker?

I was smoking 40 adayWell done @ally1
I dont know how many you used to smoke, but how every many it was, that is how many times you have chosen not to smoke. I found that more motivational that adding the days up. They take 24 hours just to tick up one. But if you are on say 15 a day, you have already passed up over 20 times
Are you on none now? Other than vype epens.I was smoking 40 aday
so by the middle of today you will have made the choice 'not to' over 100 timesI was smoking 40 aday
