What are you doing now and humorous banter.

Morning folks

No additional snow here :) so that means dog walk.

Not doing much today. Got the laundry going at the moment.

Step-son off to his mom's so quiet weekend. Hubby off to Telford tomorrow night to some rock thing so I'm home alone with a bottle of wine and some strawberries :hungry:

Hi Wolfie. Having been warned of massive snowfall and disruption to travel last night, we cancelled going to Southampton to have dinner with friends. No snow all evening and a light dusting this morning. Grrrrr...... Have a nice day.
 
No snow here...and no light dusting either....just drizzle.....off to the shops in a moment to stock up just in case....;)......actually fridge is empty so just normal shop for week / weekend....
....stay safe and warm for those that do have the white stuff....:)
 
Hi All,
We had a couple of inches of snow overnight,..........going slushy now just hoping it doesn't freeze tonight or the close will be a skating rink in the morning, sent the men shopping yesterday evening just in case it got really bad like last time, so nothing needed till next week, lets hope that the last of it........stay safe keep warm.........:)
 
well walked to town this am and back 2.3 then had to eat again as level had dropped a bit seen to mom then walk the dogs so done about 4 miles already today ..keeps trying to snow here roll on spring
 
We had no snow at all. Lucky I guess.

Hubby saw people panic buying in the supermarket because our weather forecast said there would be heavy snow. They apologised the day after asthey had got it all wrong and the snow affected other counties.

Not sure what today brings - got the granddaughters here for lunch so should be funtimes. And hubby has to pick son up from train station as he has been to his mother's.

Being left unsupervised again.....Mrs J said she would be back before lunch !
Being of an adventurous nature I have just attempted cooking myself bacon and eggs in HER kitchen, just wait till Mrs J see's the mess hehehehe
If you need to contact me try the local A & E later after Mrs J gets home.

Ooh I'll have a tea please. Very strong, splash of milk and a sweetner.

And yes to the cake too. Need all the strength I can get before I venture out to a class I've been stuck on :wideyed:

@Cumberland ...I always drink green tea in the morning and earl grey tea n the afternoon....coffee at elevenses if I have a coffee during the day...
....a slice of cake would be most welcome...:)......what type of cake do you have?...
 
carrot cake - that way I can pretend I've had one of my 7 a day :p

I've just had a lovely cup of tea as the one requested from @Cumberland didnt materialise, naughty boy getting my hopes up.

Diet class today, lucky me. Walk there and back, get the steps in. I did a couple of mile yesterday and not sure whether its the trainers or the way I walk but I've pulled a muscle in my calf so now I look like I'm tip-toeing. I was hoping the rest last night would help it but I was being stupid.

Sun shining here today and feeling milder.....just off out to go shopping (food).....hope everyone is having a good day...:)

@wolfie11969 ....hope your calf feels better soon...have done similar with Achilles so know how it feels....sounds like you need to put your feet up with a nice cup of tea and slice of carrot cake .....;)
