Tuesday again then. This week I have mostly been OK.
Food - I stuck to my plan perfectly for 5 out of the 7 days, with the other 2 being near perfect.
Exercise - a bit frustrated at not being able to do my morning walk for a few days. I think maybe my spine/pelvis is slightly misaligned again due to the fact that I have been wearing worn out trainers to walk mornings, I don't really think my knee or ankle is the real problem. I have a chiropractor appointment tomorrow anyway. I kept forgetting to tell you that for a couple of weeks I was waking in the night with leg cramps, I have been taking a magnesium supplement (advised to me by a naturopath a few years ago) and the cramps have stopped now. I notice a lot of you say potassium is the answer to cramps, with me it still seems to be magnesium.
Food Diary - awful, just can't make myself do it. Not such a problem right now as I am well into the swing of things at the moment, though it may be needed later.
Supplements - remembered (and took!) that disgusting fish oil every day. Stopped taking magnesium because I had diarrhoea once and this is usually a sign I don't need it anymore.
Drinking water - failed miserably yet again. This is where I most need to improve. I don't get why I can't do this, I like drinking water, I just don't ever drink enough. I know that if I don't drink enough I won't lose weight. I know that if I lose weight the amount of water I need to drink will decrease and therefore it will get easier for me to achieve this. I have gone to all this fuss creating a thread and I am still not drinking enough, some people really are their own worst enemy.

* all of these days were walking just the steps I needed to do that day, without a morning walk, because I was resting my knee.
I am not feeling brilliant now, tired lethargic and not thinking straight. I am missing the morning walks, but even when I was still doing them they weren't as exhilarating as previously. The songs in my head during my last 3 morning walks had changed from really energetic upbeat stuff to Passenger - Let Her Go, Green Day - Boulevard of Broken Dreams and Coldplay - Fix You. I am really hoping tomorrow won't be James Blunt.
Now SW. I am glad I am going there because my own scales have let me down 2 weeks in a row in that they can't/won't decide what weight I am. The lady with the scales started to say 'I should take off your jump.....' but thought better of it. Very wise.
I lost just a pound this week making a total of 14lbs since April 1st. I had a target of losing a stone before my holiday and I have achieved that.
