Sancho wins a (safe) balloon ride for Ian McKewan ('Enduring Love' reference!)

The clues referred to 'The Cement Garden', 'Amsterdam' and 'On Chesil Beach' for the first set, and the hangman answers were 'Enduring Love' and 'Atonement'.

Purely on the basis of that description, which narrows it down a lot (wide range) - Kris Kristofferson? Something about the eyes as well.

Unfortunately I'm at work from seven whilst half four ish Monday to Friday so please feel free to carry on whilst I'm not around I will join in when I'm able and try to give you a difficult one at the weekends lol
