No, haven't stopped just yet but aiming for 6 today, 5 tomorrow etc etc.

Finding it easy to resist ... MUCH more than I would have thought. :)
Hi Mike, I did the Alan Carr Hypnosis thing to give up. I was a smoker for a long time but this helped me to give up over night. Still cant smoke to this day, I have no idea what was said to me under hypnosis but it worked.... Occasionally when I've had a few too many I forget, but after one drag, I feel ill and have a sore throat its amazing really. If only there was something similar for food!!

8.3 this morning
9.3 before breakfast

Went to bed on 6.8 - so not sure about rise. I had a small portion of cashews at around 9pm and a Bacardi and coke. Other than that nothing else has passed my lips. Its starting to really get me down... never thought I would hear myself say it, but I might have to go back to the doctors and ask him to increase my metformin again :(

Great scores Neil. BTW, 100 laps :)

I did my 'Trudge' (fast brisk walk) last night 1st for 3 nights, weather very windy, were on a hill with open fields, so it does blow. It's about 1 1/4 miles I do for this walk, do you know what distance you are covering with the 100 laps.
Neil

5.7 which I am pleased with. Only had a light dinner last night and I do think that makes a difference. Full of cold so today is going to be wrapping final few gifts and chilling with a DVD day I think.

Like the sound of that. Im reliving Christmases past wth Xmas DVDs and shown at Xmas DVDs - while Xmas decorating and waiting for two parcel deliveries (once the dogs are done). Get well soon

You will NOT believe this but as soon as I read your message I got up to walk outside to calculate the travels and my wife Laurel said B4 I even reached the front door "are you checking your lap distance"? ..... no kidding.

Too funny.

5000 yards + :)
