Does it have a "snails pace" option as well as walking and running ;-).5.5 today. Funny you should be talking about this. I ahve been building up my walk and my jogging. I use the free pedometer in S Health on my Samsung S5 Android. As below;

You'll be fineIt was diet coke (well diet Pepsi)...I feel a bit like a spoilt child today... just want to lay on the floor kicking and screaming its not fair...I know I am the one controlling what i eat, but it seems even the stuff I thought was okay is causing me jip at the moment. My portion control has most likely crept up, but I'm feeling too fed up to care and old habits die hard. I need to have a serious talk with myself and then go back to basics. Especially has the weight hasn't shifted at all for about 8 weeks now. Still tomorrow is another day.. so hopefully the mood will pick up tomorrow and the BS will go down.
Anyway rant over... I'm off for a walk before lunch in the hope if will lift my mood and lower my BS.
