4.6 again today, when I eventually got up. I did that lazy teenager thing again.
I know! I'm near 40 years too old for that one
Now If I could only remember to test when I wake up with the alarm to take my anti-bio's
Except I'm too tired and poorly to think straight at that point
Anyway, good morning all x

Mine's just told me to sit with a brew. Back is killing me but new sofa comfy. It makes me sit properly and firm (without being hard) too so I'll be able to get up again after

Mmm, mayb @loulou99782 could help you out there? It was she who told me about the gum. I did buy mine on eBay. Is that possible where you are? Basically the gum acts the way that wheat gluten would so if the milled seed provides a source of something similar it could work.... Mayb where you buy your soya flour from would also sell it?

Early fasting for me;got an Argos delivery between 7 and 9!!!!!. 5.2 today

Strange day for numbers. Was 5.6 post brekky, so that was ok. Normal lunchtime made breakfast seem like a distant memory today and pre lunch was 6.2. 3hrs post (was busy and missed reminder) 5.3.
I guess the 6.2 was the liver doing it's "thing" but because I felt so hungry I expected it to be low. Still lots to learn I guess....

OK 6.6 another possible reason. I pulled a muscle in my back previous evening whilst stretching some newly discovered muscles in my back. It gave me a fair bit of discomfort yesterday. So how does my liver respond to such muscle tears anyone of my erstwhile colleagues offer me an answer...is it a reasonable prognosis?

106/5.8 after dinner last night - fillet steak, steamed veg and three large twice-cooked chips stolen from my husband's plate...and red wine of course... there was an article this morning saying that drinking red wine does your body as much good as going to the gym... Really? Hmmm.... It would be nice, eh?
101/5.6 this morning - more than I want it to be, but still quite good... looks like the sinus infection is still with me.. the headaches are an indicator I suppose...

5.5 yesterday morning and 5.4 this morning so still fairly consistent. I don't always test in the morning anymore because it always seems to be between 5.4 and 5.9 and sometimes takes me three attempts to get enough blood out - ouch . Well done Bluetit you must be relieved - could the worry of the results be the cause of your unusually high fasting level this morning?

It's kinda like a headache or someone putting pressing on my head at the back. I get this feeling when I go above a bs level of 8.... And if my bs go low it The pain moves to the front of the head....before I started getting my bs under control I never had this... It's weird

I certainly know when I'm moving downwards .. I just feel a bit funny then I'm aware of my heart beating even if it isn't any faster. I can guarantee that if I take my sugars then, I'm 4.7 or lower.
