BS readings

Is that codefree average a meter average or an average after you've discarded readings?

The averages for this week just finished on both meters were the meter averages, all readings.

The average for the week previous was from my own records, which will have included a few averaged readings.

6.3 (own records) is also my average since my last HbA1c on 2nd December, so 6.3 is normal for me. The Accu Chek weeks average is low for me, the batch 44 is spot on normal with all outliers included as per meter average.

Yes , test was smooth , should hear result tues or wed , im hoping its just a flare up of the prostitis mike thanks

Good news and hope it's even better come this week :)

I had mine examined last year for the first time ..... an amazing procedure to say the least

6.3 before breakfast
7.3 after breakfast

Seems I fooled that pesky liver this morning :) what a fantastic start to the week :)

Ah,thank you! (I knew you would be the first to answer! ;) )

As I am relatively new at this testing business and LCHF, I find the Fasting thread invaluable for advice, and now I suspect this one will be just as useful. Right, off to page one! See you in a couple of hours

Fasting I averaged at 6.3
Post breakfast 6.1 unadjusted - quite a thick slice of spelt toast this morning and couldn't do any peddling as was supervising the new Woodstock installation as mr e decided to disappear into his shed.
Pre lunch 5.4 av of batch 44 and 26 - batch 44 still seems about .4 mMol/l too high.
Post lunch 1hr 5 probably won't get a 2hr in as I've had a soy latte in the meantime
