Type 2's: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning?

To get yourself back from high 9s or double digits is great work ..... just shows we can all do it :) Odd thing is once we're there, we KNOW how to keep it there. From that point forward (subject to your mindset and your willpower) it gets a lot easier. Then that is when you can play around, test what you once loved to eat and see how you go :)

A 6.3 is something I would not be worried about at all given your graduation. But again, that is me.

7.7 this am which I am surprised at as was woken at 1.30am and decided to test my levels they were 3.4 so had to get up and get something to eat...scary to think this happens maybe need a revue, glad I at the Doctors Thursday
 
5.5 for me this morning. One day off the 800 calorie limit today (but not carb limit) as we have a family get together Sunday roast, which I am cooking!

Did you retest the 3.4 after hand-washing @PatsyB in case it was a rogue reading?
 
5.7 full of head cold, 4 hrs sleep last night, I have a feeling it's going to be one of those days.
