6.9 this morning not surprised after going to the imperial war museum yesterday and getting back late so it was a take away dinner. Had a really good day and will go back again

Waking results

Saturday 5.7
Sunday 5.9
Monday 4.7
Tuesday 6.1

6.0 reporting back for duty both here and at work after a naughty weekend which entailed more carbs than normal for me, but my meter reports nothing untoward.

7.1 this morning. Another rubbish result. The problem is that I do really well during the day with the diet and exercise then in the evening I ended up snaffling unintended extras :( Got to try harder.

out of habit, i never sweeten my coffee anymore..probably in the last 10 years or so..used to have the horrendous pleasure of using a ton of condensed milk in my coffee before that...:shy:
Nor me, though my daughter does. With me it's the "no added sugar" cordials and deserts.....I always check the packets now. I've found that even pre-diagnosis foods are tasting sweeter and sweeter but that includes root veggies too... That burden bread was so sweet it was like eating fruit loaf or cake....yuk

5.0 today btw and that's,after scoring a 9.0 post tea .... But 6.3 half hr later, phew!!
