A crazy 7.9 this morning. Silly girl:rolleyes: having non dairy ice cream at 9pm last night. We kind of live and learn

Saturday 4th July ( a significant day for some ). 4.1 mmmol/L.
And yes, a slight foot fracture, dealt with, much more comfortable now, and able to get about, though no Parkrun today.
Thanks for all the good wishes, I felt very warm, kindly emanations, which helped enormously.
Hobbling, rather than hopping now ( better for the soup )
Liked for getting your foot looked at, but not liked the fracture, they are very painful. Try to keep your foot up, rest and take painkillers as needed.
Take care love Lou;):)

**** it! BG before getting into bed is up to 8.1 Aaaargh! I can't even remember when my BG was that high. Over 6 months ago probably. Got a horrible headache because of it. My own fault too. Having a Magnum ice-cream wasn't a wise choice. You live & learn. Hopefully the morning will bring better numbers. Good health everyone.

Gloomy Brummy, with another 13 hrs shift ahead:-/ experimenting with 3x 11gr carbs today, the equivalent of 3 slices of GF tapioca bread.
Have a greater day;-)

6.0 this am - visiting in Birmingham - was it the thunderstorm during the night or my grand daughter at 5am? Of walking in the Malvern Hills this morning so that will calm things down

7.7 this morning , i had a small fish and chips last night , reading after that was 7.7 , so stayed the same until the morning

Morning all 6.1 after a pain fee day yesterday and again last night:):)

Been too busy to post for the last few days but have had varied success - 5.2 Weds, 5.5 Thurs, 5.3 yesterday and a whopping 5.9 this morning - can't remember when my morning reading was that high!
