you do not need to be talking about diets and foods you need to be talking about managing your anxiety. Can I suggest you find a local Mindfulness class. It really works at controlling life's anxieties. Your figures are fine. Your worrying is not.
So do you test yourself to find out how low you are???? Have you thought about maybe pushing your levels up before you go to bed??? Do you think your diet takes into account you exercise????
you dont have to increase it with fat alone you can also up your fibre and protien.
You see we are all different and we all adopt what is best for us.
Look at my figures they tell me i am doing OK.
BUT what is good for me maybe not good for you.
But i do believe if we balance it all out reduce...
i have done my research and read all the data. i dont doubt it all i am just saying for me i dont like the taste of fat.
And call these diets new thinking if you wish.

Bacon sorry no. Most bacon is processed and i would prefer not to eat processed foods.
Full Fat Yogurt no as i prefer low fat ones..... just a personal preference.
The rest i have always eaten them as part of my balanced diet.
I always ask what Hi Fat means? Never get an answer....deep fried lard sandwiches maybe?????

i have no problem eating any fruits. we are all different so what good for one is not good for another.
as others have said testing is the only way to find out. Berries i love so that's great. Bananas every now and then but then i am careful the whole day after. Apples no problem oranges not...
i eat all types of fruit and it seems to be OK. my readings are in the low 5's every morning and my tests at the docs are well in control.
Maybe its just me but its good for you on so many levels. I wonder do we so worry too much sometimes..
just to put the cat among the sheep. I prefer the taste and texture of ther 0% greek yoghurts. And i LCLF. I dont want to eat fat and grease. Sorry not for me. And yes all my figures are good and i have energy and i am full. never been more healthy.
I wish my doctor had profiled me as a fat smoking driinkng guy and tested me for diabetes and cholesterol and triglycerides then maybe I could have avoided the heart attack and dying 5 times before they could save me. Then I could have avoided the 2 Yerts of mental issues that followed
Clearly you dont understand we are trying to simplify the debate.
It is easy to over complicate what we eat.
Keep it simple and take the BS away and its just a balance.
Then new people dont get confused and find a way forward that works for them.
