  • I have recently been diagnosed with diabetes and had an episode of metabolic acidosis due to not eating much from stress and being keto prior to all of this. I saw a post of yours in another thread about your experience, and would love a chat if you're amiable?
    Thanks for your comments to my post. I should try to find low carb alternative to porridge for breakfast or other cereals. That is probably pusing up my blood glucose levels. Certainly when I missed out breakfast altogether, my reading reduced to 4.9. I might try scrambled eggs. I have breakfast at 6am so don't feel like doing to much cooking. Then I try to do a walk in the park straight afterwards.

    Sounds like a plan to me, @rowbo764. Will be curious to see what the result will be. It might also be an option to prepare breakfast foods the night before if you are rushed in the morning.
