    HBA1c - please tell us how quick you reversed your numbers

    I was diagnosed on 9 May 2023 with type 2 diabetes. BS was 24.1. Two weeks later it has reduced to 6.5-6.9, with no sugar, low carb, lots of vegetables, running and strength training. (plus half a tablet of glikazide)
