    Yeah bread is quite good as it is long lasting so if your on a died you might not need to eat as much throughout the day.

    We are just about to upgrade and we are thinking about upgrading to the metronic 780. any recommendations on what to do with it or things that we can start doing to set it up? also any advice on how it is different to the metronic 670g?
