For my Arthritis I cannot take take any opiate derived pain killers due to very nasty side effects and I cannot take steroids for the same reason,NSAIDS attack my liver,so I'm stumped lol.......... So I'm a Grumpy old wild Welsh Cat lady (I have two) Who loves to cook ,read mess around on the computer etc I grow most of my own herbs as many are hard to find here on a regular basis. (I lived in Malaysia and Singapore for over twenty years so I cook from various styles and cuisines )

Due to arthritis I am unable to exercise properly but do my best to keep limber.I lie down on the bed and move as well as I am able and force myself to go up and down the stairs several times a day.

Cooking,Scrabble, growing herbs,Reading (avid bookworm) lots of things really but they are refusing to come to mind at this moment lol.
Dislikes
I can no longer walk far due to arthritis in my knees and back. Cockroaches
