Hi. My mum has always used a FRIO wallet but my primary care nurse has told me the insulin that I am not using she be in a fridge type thing and the FRIO will not keep it cold enough for about the 18 hours of travelling? Needs to be kept about 4oC. I have a fridge where I am going so. It a issue.

What do you do with your insulin on long haul flights? How do you keep it at fridge temperature?

Hello, I am due to fly to Thailand on a 12 hour flight and have been told by my airline that I cannot put insulin in their fridge so what do people do? Have considered Frio bags but have been told by nurse that they do not keep it cold enough? What do you all do to keep your insulin fridge cold.
