I have been training myself to do OMAD or 2MAD. I have just eaten my meal for the day, that means the next meal will be tomorrow.

Steamed Cabbage
What works for me is I make sure that my last meal of the day is by 8pm that day and the next day I make sure I eat at 2pm. If you check correctly, that is around 18 hours fast.
Mine was 4.4 at 9:00 AM. I was diagnosed in August 2022 but I have since learnt how to manage the level. I'm here to learn and also share my experience.
