    Introduction

    Hi I am Alan I have just become a diabetic type 2 I have been tested twice in the last 2 months (HbA1c 7.0 (HbA1c 53 -mg/dL 155 - mmol/L 8.6) & (HbA1c 6.5 - HbA1c 48 mg/dL 140 - mmol/L 7.8 respectively) I have done this by cutting down my snacking which caused the problem in the first place
