    Hello

    Just to introduce myself, I am a 61 year old male, diagnosed with type 2 from 2002, and up until about 1 month ago, diet controlled. I have just started to notice an increase in my bg, and my GP is proposing to put me on medication. I joined this forum to see what advice/help I could get.
