hi flyfisher iam also a keen fisherman( fly and coarse) my qeustion is do any of you suffer from the cold more. i find it very hard to keep warm in the cold weather. before type 2 i would fish in all weathers snow and ice. i may become a summer fisherman .what rivers/lakes do you fish. john

hi to all on this forum :) just been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes last week. my dr put me onto the practice nurse who explained what i should try to do by diet and exercise. the dr put my bg at 14 with a average of 10 for the previous 2 months. cut out the beer and sweet and fatty foods but...
