    Sleepless nights because of pain

    I am on simvastatin and take CQ10 (Co-enzyme Q10) and find it helps a lot with the pains as I found out when I bought the wrong product once. I also take paracetamol and tramadol at night which helps most night otherwise I just have to suffer
